Q: Is there a room rental fee?

A: There is not a room rental fee. You simply pay for the food and beverage package of your choosing. We do however have a food and beverage minimum for room usage. Our food and beverage minimums do not include tax or gratuity. Avanti and Room 39 are $300 per room; $600 if both rooms are needed. Reserving the Tuscany Special Events Center would be a minimum of $300 in order to reserve the space.


Q: What is included in the rental?

A: Tables, chairs, ivory linens, china, glassware, servers and bartenders.


Q: Who sets the tables and chairs up?

A: Rastrelli’s Restaurant staff will setup and tear down all chairs, tables, linens, etc. for your event. You are responsible for any additional decorations that you would like to bring in and setup. We do have a few options for decorations, centerpieces, etc. that we would then setup and tear down.


Q: What time can we arrive to setup?

A: Each event varies depending on the guest please talk with our banquet manager for your specific timeline.


Q: How long do we have the room reserved?

A: Each event varies, please talk with our banquet manager to finalize your arrival and departure times.


Q: Do you have any A/V equipment included in the rental?

A: We have a screen, podium and a microphone for you to use depending on your room location and availability that day. There is no additional charge for use of our screen, podium or microphone. Please speak with our banquet manager to line-up any needed audio visual equipment. You are able to bring-in your own computer and projector or rent it through a rental company.


Q: Can we bring in our own decorations?

A: Yes you are able to bring in your own decorations, centerpieces, etc. Please ask the banquet staff on anything specific.


Q: Are there any restrictions on decorations?

A: You are able to have fire-lit candles in the room as long as they are in fire-safe glass containers and the wick is within the container and not above it. No glitter or confetti can be used. Decorations are not allowed to be nailed or taped to the outside walls nor the hanging chandeliers. You are able to hang decorations from the wall scones around the dance floor and from the hooks located by the stage.


Q: Do you have any restrictions on vendors?

A: We do not have any restrictions on any vendors that can be used for events in-house. If you have any certain questions, please give us a call (563) 242-7441.


Q: Do you have any suggestions on vendors (DJ, photographers, bakery’s, etc.)?

A: We have a list of vendors that have been on-site and have worked well with us throughout the years. Please ask your banquet managers for recommendations.


Q: Are we able to bring in our own food?

A: All food is to be catered by Rastrelli’s Restaurant. Only exception would be the dessert cake or cupcakes which can be provided through a licensed baker.


Q: Are we able to bring in our own alcohol?

A: All alcohol is to be brought in through Rastrelli’s Restaurant. A full bar can be made available for you during your event. Ask your banquet manager for pricing on kegs, wine, bottled beer, hard liquor, etc.


Q: Do you have servers and bartenders in the room throughout the evening?

A: Your event will be fully staffed with servers throughout the room during your whole event along with bartenders at the bar.


Q: Do you have an on-site manager throughout the event?

A: Yes, there will be a banquet manager on-site during the entirety of the event.


Q: Do you have parking available nearby the venue?

A: There are a multitude of parking spaces available on Cleveland Street and within the parking lots behind the Tuscany Special Events Center as well as across Cleveland Street to the West.

Q: Do you cater?

A: Yes, we are able to cater food to any nearby area. Check the ‘catering’ tab above to download our catering menu. Please give the banquet managers a call to answer any additional questions on a specific location.
